About
On a mission to make Balance Health™ measurable, personalized, and accessible for everyone 50+.
Vincent Vu is a seasoned innovator and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of engineering, advanced manufacturing, operations, and designing transformative healthtech solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Kinis.ai, he leads the development of the world’s first AI-powered Balance Health™ platform — designed to improve mobility, prevent falls, and empower independent living for adults aged 50+.
Prior to founding Kinis.ai, Vincent built a successful minimalist footwear company, where two of his products earned the Seal of Acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) and were sold to customers around the world. That experience gave him deep insight into lower body biomechanics, customer-driven product design, and global go-to-market execution.
With a Master of Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary. Vincent blends design thinking with strategic execution. He is a certified Six Sigma professional with deep expertise in product development, engineering systems, supply chain optimization, and high-performance team leadership.
Vincent’s cross-disciplinary background in design, biomechanics, and AI gives him a rare perspective on redefining how the world measures and improves human movement. He has taught innovation and entrepreneurship at SCAD and Virginia Commonwealth University da Vinci Center, bridging academic insight with real-world execution. He is also a TEDx speaker, sharing his passion for building solutions that empower movement and independence.
A former semi-pro obstacle course racing athlete, Vincent also completed a barefoot marathon — before a mobility injury shifted his personal journey and gave rise to the mission behind Kinis.ai: building tools that help people move better, longer, and with confidence.
