About

Nicole Pandak is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a deep passion for advocating and optimizing human movement and health. At Kinis.ai, a pioneering startup incorporating biosensors and AI-integrated technology to analyze and optimize movement and balance health, she plays a critical role in translating clinical expertise into digital solutions that assess fall risk, gait performance, and functional movement for adults aged 50+.

As Director of Movement Science, Nicole bridges the gap between research, evidence-based practice, and cutting-edge AI technology. Her hands-on experience in rehabilitation, gait analysis, and balance training ensures that the Kinis platform remains grounded in clinical relevance and serves the evolving needs of both users and practitioners. She collaborates closely with engineers and designers to develop the BalancePro ExamTM, balance certification course, and a proprietary movement score to empower older adults with greater confidence, independence, and longevity.

Nicole earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg and her B.S. in Biology (Cellular, Molecular, and Physiological) from Christopher Newport University, where she also played on the nationally ranked women’s basketball team. She currently serves as Clinical Manager at The Gait Center – Lawrence Rehabilitation Specialists, an outpatient clinic specializing in gait and balance rehabilitation.
